Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company. Duties:

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates

- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to source potential candidates

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements

- Create job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates

- Conduct candidate interviews and assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required

- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system

Skills:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes

- Ability to effectively cold call potential candidates

- Experience in negotiating employment terms with candidates

- Knowledge of training development processes is a plus

- Familiarity with Salesforce or Paychex is a plus

- Ability to generate leads through various channels
