We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing inventory control, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and experience in e-commerce and warehouse management.

Hours are 2:30pm to close (anywhere from 12;00 to 2:30am)

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse associates about 20 people, providing guidance and support

- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes

- Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and audits

- Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and resolve any issues that may arise

- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting regular safety training

- Monitor productivity levels and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency

- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to fulfill online orders and ensure timely delivery

- Operate Cherry Pickers, forklifts and other equipment as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in warehouse management or supervision is required

- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures

- Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and 3PL operations

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is preferred

- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is a plus

- Excellent team management and leadership skills
