3. Performance Monitoring: Conduct daily assessments of temporary associates' performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
4. Dress Code Enforcement: Ensure that all associates adhere to the established dress code and professional standards.
5. Training Oversight: Meet weekly with department heads to confirm that all associates are adequately trained and fulfilling job requirements as per client specifications.
6. Feedback Communication: Provide daily updates and feedback to branch managers regarding associate performance and any operational concerns.
7. Policy Awareness: Stay informed about all staffing policies outlined by the client to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
8. Sick Leave Knowledge: Understand and communicate sick time laws to ensure proper handling of associate absences.
