Job Summary - 
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in our business development efforts and will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

  • Engage in business development activities to identify new clients and opportunities for growth.

  • Utilize Salesforce to track account activities, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.

  • Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our services and solutions.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and enhance service offerings.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Experience

  • Proven experience in account management or technical sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Demonstrated skills in business development, negotiation, and relationship building.

  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client interactions and sales processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to mentor others is essential.
