The Call Center Representative handles a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, takes orders, answers questions and addresses any concerns of the customer. This position requires an individual with exceptional people skills and has a high level of productivity and performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Driving Company Performance
Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to queries and concerns.
Process customer orders; verify for accuracy and completeness.
Identify customer needs, clarify and research every issue providing positive resolutions.
Make recommendations for additional products and services.
Ensure customers feel valued and supported.
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
