Call Center Representatives

Position Summary

The Call Center Representative handles a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, takes orders, answers questions and addresses any concerns of the customer.  This position requires an individual with exceptional people skills and has a high level of productivity and performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Driving Company Performance

  • Manage large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to queries and concerns.

  • Process customer orders; verify for accuracy and completeness.

  • Identify customer needs, clarify and research every issue providing positive resolutions.

  • Make recommendations for additional products and services.

  • Ensure customers feel valued and supported.

  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support. 

Employee Management & Development

  • Customer Service skills

  • Active Listening Training

  • Problem solving

  • Product knowledge to seize opportunity to sell additional products

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills to maintain relationships with customers and co-workers

  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and Excel abilities

  • Adept listening skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
