Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Safety and Compliance:

  • Enforcing all health and safety guidelines. 

  • Conducting regular site inspections and addressing potential hazards. 

   

• Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Planning employee shifts and work schedules. 

  • Coordinating job assignments and cross-training. 

   

• Communication and Reporting:

  • Communicating with clients and other stakeholders. 

  • Preparing reports and updates for upper management.

• Managing and Instructing Site Workers:

  • Assigning tasks and workloads. 

  • Providing guidance and direction to employees. 

  • Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback.
