• Operations Oversight:<!--TgQPHd|[]--> Monitor the intake of inbound goods, order picking, packing accuracy, and outbound dispatching.<!--TgQPHd|[]--> <!--TgQPHd|[]-->
• Inventory Management:<!--TgQPHd|[]--> Conduct cycle counts, audit stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate database records.<!--TgQPHd|[]--> <!--TgQPHd|[]-->
• Safety & Compliance:<!--TgQPHd|[]--> Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety protocols, and ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized.<!--TgQPHd|[]-->
• Cross-Functional Communication:<!--TgQPHd|[]--> Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and transport teams to ensure smooth logistics and on-time order fulfillment.<!--TgQPHd|[]-->
• Problem Solving:<!--TgQPHd|[]--> Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, labor shortages, and supply chain bottlenecks.<!--TgQPHd|[]--> <!--TgQPHd|[]-->

Qualifications<!--TgQPHd|[]-->

• Experience:<!--TgQPHd|[]--> 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics 3PL, or a related supply chain field.<!--TgQPHd|[]--><!--TgQPHd|[]-->
• Knowledge:<!--TgQPHd|[]--> Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel).<!--TgQPHd|[]--><!--TgQPHd|[]-->
• Soft Skills:<!--TgQPHd|[]--> Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.<!--TgQPHd|[]-->
